IRis Version 3.0 Known Issues

IRis 3.0 is still relatively new to the public.  It was formerly released at the end of April 2002.  As with all new products there may be some bugs and/or issues that need to be identified and fixed.  We have many users who do not have issues with IRis and do not need to browse through the list.  Some have certain circumstances that pertain to their hardware, network or special ways they use IRis which may cause other things to happen.

Below is a list of known bugs/issues in IRis 3.0.  The list is organized by modules.  Simply click on the module you need information on, then click to the area for more details.  

Status Definitions Key:

In Development The issue has been verified by R&D and is currently being worked on.
In Testing The issue has been corrected in R&D and has been released for in-house testing.  Not available in update yet.
Not Verified The issue could not be recreated in R&D further research is needed.
Released The issue has now been released in an update.  The issue will then be moved to the Fixes/New Feature section.

Contact Design Screen - anything that pertains to the screen designer

Contact Module - includes user defined setups, contact management (referrals and needs, also) and searches.

Data Sharing - includes exporting and importing resources, contacts and clients.

Interface - the main opening and closing of IRis.

IRis Query - includes Client and regular IRis Query.

Other

Program Module- includes screen setups, program management and searches.

Reports - includes reporting and report results.

Security - includes groups and users setups and permissions.

Setups - includes system and lists setups off the lists menu.

Workstation - includes documentation which lists issues with certain network situations.
