Login: I entered the user id 12. Clicked on Login. Was able to get into IRis. I do not have a user id 12 in my users list. I have a user id of 123. 

If one logs on to IRis as a new user with limited permissions (as listed below), a User with full permissions having logged off, all items in Navigator bar and on menu bar are available.  This is not the case if one closes IRis and the User with limited permissions then reopens IRis and logs on as a new user.  However, if the user with limited permissions, having logged on without closing IRis then closes IRis, reopens IRis and logs on the inappropriate items are still available. Activity permissions for Group of which this User is a member are as follows. Start-up Messages; all options checked Contact Records; all options checked. Files Menu Option; Show system properties IRis Query Reports Menu; Run IRis Query. This Group is not associated with any client group. Specific Errors or Bugs that are associated with this are in the associated  Error Reports. All items have been generally checked – although not every single checkbox in every report was verified.
