it right.

started a call in the contact screen and
entered all the information we have on our
first page, City for Searches, Gender, Age,
Notes/Details, and then I hit “Page Up”.
It took me to the classification page,
the last page, and if I come back to the first
page all the Notes/Details are gone.
If I use the mouse and click the
different pages, it doesn’t appear to
happen, just using the page up and page down
on the keyboard. |

we are entering caller data in 3.0, on the Classification tab, we enter the need and the reason
that the need was not met. When we are
done, we save
the call. However, the reason that the need
was not met is not being saved for some reason. This
is an important facet of our service because we use this
data for planning and funding purposes within
the county. Please let us know when this will
be fixed.
