Searching for contacts.Selected by “User ID”, 1 Wanted it sorted by contact’s name, but didn’t want to put any data into the search.I had to enter something in the name for the search to work. It did not sort completely by the User ID 1, it mixed id’s 11, 14 and 15. Even when I clicked on apply filter it didn’t filter it right.

Expected to be able to scroll down list with down arrow until desired city reached, the be able to press Enter key to select city.

Contact record.  Setup to search for previous contacts by name or by social security number.  Client Master not activated. Entered ss#, got error. Do not get error when Client Master is activated.

Problems/Needs – from list menu. Added a major need. I typed in a code. Then typed in a name. Then went back and changed the code to a code I knew was already being used. Clicked save. Created a duplicate record in the maj_need database instead of saying this need code was already taken.
