I’m
in a case record. I have clients in the case.
The case has services attached to the client.
When I edit a service in the case a screen
comes up asking me to select the client. This
screen shouldn’t show up because the service
is already attached to the client when the
service is added from within the case.

I delete a client record and answer yes to all
the questions it says the client record is
deleted but it’s still in the list.
When I exit the list and come back in
then the client is deleted.

Tried to delete client. Message: The
selected client has services that have been
assigned to this case. This client did not
have any services assigned to case.
There were no services on the list.
There were services in the Client’s

Message appeared again, clicked OK. New
Case Record opened. Saved Record. Got message
saved as case #10.
Reopened record, added clients and
notes, reentered info in blank fields (open
date, type of case, worker) clicked save.
Got message saved as Case #11, clicked
ok, got error message.
Clicked Attempt to Continue.
Case Master List closed.
When reopened both cases #10 & #11 were
there but contained no data.

attached. ( No client is attached to this
file.) got message file not deleted, selected
OK. Whole
list except for Case #1 disappeared.
Exited list and returned.
List was back.

– 1 year short.
Birth date 9/15/47, age should be 55,
showed as 54.
Checked the 8 entries in my database,
most were incorrect, a couple were ok.
Could not determine what the difference
was.
