Edited an agency.

Added a program from within the Agency. Copied the agency’s basic details into the program.Checked the link to agency mailing address. It was blank. Saved the program. Went to page 1 of the agency and clicked on copy street address. Edited the same program from within the agency. Checked the link to agency mailing address, again. It was blank. I then realized I need to save the agency before the program will see the mailing address. I saved the agency Edited the same program from within the agency. The agency mailing address was there. Adding an Agency: I entered “HOME” into the tele1_desc field. IRis asked if I would like to add it to the STD list.  I added it. I next tabbed to the Phone Cate 2 field, selected an Item. Tabbed to the tele2 field and added a phone number. Then was automatically placed in tele2_desc as should be. Then I thought, hmmmm, shouldn’t the STD pop on this because I added “HOME” to the tele1_desc field. So I then clicked on Tools, STD Entries. I popped the list and scrolled down to see how the tele descripts were handled. I noticed that there is an STD for each descript. I didn’t select anything. I closed out of the STD List. Which brought me to my Agency data entry. It then popped an STD for the tele2_desc field, it says “County Clerk”. OK: 1.       County Clerk is not in any Agency.tele#_desc STD lists. 2. Agency.Tele2_desc STD list is empty.

Adding an Agency: Data tab 3. The tab order is not right. When going into the page the cursor should be on dir_name. When I click in Dir_name then press tab it goes to Edit Program. Re-order the tabs on Data 3

Deleted an Agency. Sitting at the agency list with nothing highlighted. Clicked on Edit. It brought up the deleted agency record with the Name field active, everything else was blank and disabled. Solution: After deleting an Agency make sure to have the next agency highlighted in the agency list

Adding an Agency: Have not saved my changes yet when adding this new agency. Clicked on Add Program. Answered Yes to copy the Agency Information to the program. The new program showed with Agency’s info plus the new program number. Then I got a messagebox that reads: “Cannot locate ID number” (or something similar to that). I pressed OK . Added new filter for the Programs Search filter: Clicked on Add from the filter list. Typed in a name. Clicked on Crete/Edit Filter List. Clicked on Set Custom Filter. Clicked on Add. Typed in the Title “Updated 3.0 is true” . Pressed Enter. Error: Field ENVIR_DESC does not accept null values. PROCEDURE FRMCUSTOMFILTER. Adding an Agency: I enlarged the notes field and tested for: Pressing ESC after adding notes. Clicking on the “X” after adding notes. Clicking on Cancel after adding notes. Clicking on Return then pressing page down/up. Results: Erases notes without a message. Erases notes without a message. Erases notes without a message. Works find.  

Adding an Agency: I can either let IRis select the number or I can create a new number, it does it on both. Once the record is open the cursor is no where to be found. The cursor should be blinking on the first object which is the name field.

Agency list is open. Program list is open . Selected Agency list. Edited an agency . Clicked on Add New Program. It did not ask me if I wanted to copy the agency details over and the search city, area, state and zip fields were disabled.
