Additional Site Licenses may be purchased by any holder of a Main Site License. Order must be placed by, and shipped to, the Main License holder. Main License holder owns all copies of additional site licenses, and may assign usage of the site license per the terms of the site license agreement.

Multi-User Multi-Site License:
Add: 1 MU Main Site License, plus X number of Additional MU (or SU) Site Licenses.

Offsite Remote User License:
$500 per site per year (Note: Does not include license rights from any third-party vendor, such as Microsoft)

*Plus purchase of an Annual Service Level Agreement (required)

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Account (Mandatory):
Covers all technical support issues, how-to information, IRis 4.0 update files, and maintenance issues. Custom programming quoted on a case-by-case basis (smaller jobs may be charged against the SLA account). Online training and consultation costs may be charged against the SLA account. Support is delivered via toll-free telephone, email, and/or web conference session.

Annual Service Level Agreement (SLA) — Choose one:
Silver 500 Up to 6 hours
Gold 1500 Up to 18 hours
Platinum 2500 Unlimited
Per Incident 45  

Notes:

  • Add one SLA Account for each IRis license held; minimum level is $500 per year per IRis license.
  • Support Agreements listed above are priced “per IRis license”.
  • Discount pricing is available for agencies which own several IRis licenses. To figure the cost for groups sharing a support account, choose a support level for each agency, then apply a 30% discount off the above listed costs.
  • SLA’s do not rollover to next calendar year.
  • Once SLA time period is exceeded, customer will be billed $45 per incident if agreement has not been extended.

Main Site and Data Partner subscriptions include right to install the Holding Pen to IRis 4.0, for processing service provider update requests submitted via the web site.

Purchase (to host on your own web server): $15,000 plus $1000 year includes upgrades when released, installation/consultation (via Remote Connection) and ongoing technical support.
