excellent tech support he gave me during my
crisis. As you know, I recently took over from
Karen, so all this is brand new to me. Stan was

Just today, I ran my first IRis
Query using your "Tech Tip of the Week"
(dated 6/10/2002). I just want to thank you from
the bottom of my heart! Though we have been using
IRis for years, and I am responsible for reports,
this task has always been painful... until today.
And it is because of your clear, concise,
